'Atomic explosion in my head': Tyumen mother searches for missing son

In the Tyumen region, the search continues for missing 18-year-old Kirill Sergeyevich. He disappeared in late October after celebrating his birthday. We contacted his parents and a volunteer squad to find out how the search is progressing.

‘We are always in close cooperation with police and other services. The last joint search for Kirill with services and local residents of Ishim was conducted in late November last year. Also, around the same time, we had a report that a similar young man was seen in Omsk, but after verifying the report, it was not confirmed,’ said the press service of LizaAlert.
The squad is monitoring this case. But for now, law enforcement does not require the help of volunteers.
In turn, the Investigative Committee has already opened a criminal case regarding the unknown disappearance of Kirill Sergeyevich. Law enforcement agencies are distributing bulletins on him to neighboring regions.
The parents of the missing young man are still bewildered by what happened.
‘Unfortunately, there is nothing new today. And it is unbearably hard because of that. It feels like no one really cares, everything is moving very slowly. For my husband and me, it«s just an atomic explosion in our heads; every day we discuss, think about what and how, where to search, where to write, ask for help!? At night, we sleep only 2–3 hours,’ the young man»s mother, Yekaterina Sergeyevich, told 72.RU journalist.
Recall that earlier the woman shared with us different versions of her son«s disappearance. Even the possibility of an accident was checked, in which Kirill could have fallen from a bridge located near the place where he was last seen. But divers who examined the river bottom found nothing. What else could have happened — read in the previous article.
