Another Frosty Day: School Classes Cancelled in Kurgan

The Hydrometeorological Center of Russia forecasts that frosty weather will continue through the night of January 27, with temperatures dropping to -23°C (-9°F) on the night of January 28. A slight warming trend is anticipated in the coming days.
