Communication infrastructure has been upgraded in Sannikovo and Berezovka. This directly affects local industries, known not only in the Pervomaysky district but throughout the region.

In Sannikovo, home to a large grain processing plant, telecom engineers have utilized additional high-frequency bands in LTE, switched frequencies to 4G, and installed boards to increase network capacity. The changes could be noticed not only by locals or factory workers but also by tourists. The equipment«s coverage includes extensive sections of major highways—the Chuysky and Novosibirsky tracts.

Similar work was carried out by engineers in Berezovka. The village also hosts agricultural enterprises, particularly a dairy plant, making stable communication equally important.

«Sannikovo and Berezovka are home to over 8,000 people—these are large settlements part of the Barnaul urban agglomeration. The area is characterized by high population density and intensive vehicular traffic. The load on infrastructure is constantly growing, and equipment requires updating. That is why in 2025, over 90 base stations were updated in Barnaul and more than 5 in neighboring Novoaltaysk,»
said Maria Zanko, director of Megafon in Altai Krai and the Altai Republic.
