The administration of Tyumen has announced which students will not attend classes during the second shift. The corresponding notice has been posted on the official resources of the city authorities.
«Attention parents and students of general education institutions! Today, due to the low outdoor air temperature, classes for the second shift in Tyumen schools for students in grades 1–4 are canceled in person,» the message states.
This is the second cancellation on Thursday. Earlier on the same day, due to low air temperature, classes were canceled for students from first to ninth grades.
How is the need to cancel lessons determined? The city administration explained the procedure for making such decisions, noting that parents are actively asking questions on this topic, checking with various services.
