At the second annual conference on process analytics, Sber Process Mining Conf – 2026, the bank for the first time launched a student track aimed at preparing young specialists in the field of Process Mining (18+). The track format was built as a practical entry point into the profession—from training and working with cases to first career offers.

Students were shown the functionality of the Process Mining platform from Sberbank PJSC (Sber), and also given the opportunity after the conference to take an online course on the BootcampLabs platform to acquire practical skills in working with the platform.

During the educational game, students learned how to detect inefficiency in a process, tested their knowledge in process analytics, tried their hand at creating a process model and researching it, and demonstrated erudition. The top three participants of the educational game received the opportunity to go through selection for an internship interview at Sber. All track participants were awarded participant certificates and commemorative prizes.

By the end of 2030, Sber will invest more than 1 billion rubles (approximately $10 million at current rates) in systematic work with universities and students—in courses, educational programs, and practical formats. The bank is developing online learning for students from regions, integrating Process Mining courses into university programs, conducting off-site educational formats at SberUniversity, and regularly working with teachers.
