Central Bank lists top price hikes in Bashkortostan for 2025

Food in restaurants is one of the categories that increased in price the most over the year.
The National Bank branch in Bashkortostan identified the goods and services whose prices changed most noticeably over the year. According to the financial regulator, food prices in the republic increased at the level of inflation. Price growth for other goods was below this figure, while for services it was higher.
Thus, for 2025, the Central Bank named the most expensive items as food in catering establishments, tea, coffee, printed publications, utilities, and apartment rentals. On the other hand, eggs, vegetables, communication services, «TV and radio goods,» and foreign tourist packages became cheaper.
At the same time, the Central Bank boasted of «the lowest in the past five years» inflation, which stood at 6.3% in December.
Earlier, it became known that Avtodor (the State Company «Russian Highways») is considering raising tariffs on its roads due to inflation. In Bashkortostan, the company has two toll roads — «Vostochny Vyezd» and a section of the M-12 highway.
