Art Mir Exhibition Returns to Nizhny Novgorod Fair: Dates and Attractions

The Art Mir exhibition annually brings together art enthusiasts
The ninth multicultural Art Mir exhibition will be held at the Nizhny Novgorod Fair from January 31 to February 8. This year, it is dedicated to introducing the cultural heritage of different countries and the diversity of traditions, languages, and arts, the organizers said.
About 400 artists from 29 Russian cities and 18 countries, including Denmark, France, China, Israel, Germany, Hungary, Japan, and others, will take part in the international exhibition. At the event, visitors will be able to personally communicate with the authors and purchase their favorite exhibits.
Specially for the exhibition, creative and curatorial projects have been formed: «Facets of the Celestial Empire,» «Art of Kyrgyzstan,» «Marc Chagall. Visual Poetry.» The «Art-Luga» festival will traditionally present the theme of ecological art. The Kerzhensky Nature Reserve will also participate in the event with its educational program.
A total of about 100 masterclasses in watercolor, portrait from life, collage, calligraphy, and other art forms will be prepared for guests. Additionally, a charity stand will be organized at the exhibition. Works by artists will be sold there, with the proceeds directed to help children with autism.
The Art Mir exhibition will be located in the first and second pavilions of the Nizhny Novgorod Fair.
Operating hours:
January 31 – February 4, February 6–7 — from 11:00 to 20:00;
February 5 — from 11:00 to 22:00;
February 8 — from 11:00 to 18:00.
