In Volgograd, the case against two webcam studios from the Sovetsky District of Volgograd has been sent to court. These studios conducted online streams of a corresponding nature worldwide. How long they operated is unknown, but police reported that both offices earned almost a million rubles (about $11,100 at current rates).
Authorities seized a significant number of phones, including push-button models, during the operation.

Law enforcement conducted a raid on them in February 2025. The studios were busted in two apartments, located, judging by the footage, somewhere in a townhouse.
“Webcam. Girls film here. They show videos of various natures,” said one of the detainees on camera. “Sometimes sexual, but more often just entertaining.”
The filming of «entertaining» videos was overseen by a 36-year-old Volgograd resident and two subordinates — studio administrators. They recruited adult women aged 18 to 35 as models, of whom only three were caught.
The organizer and one of the administrators have been placed under house arrest, while the other defendants have been given a travel restriction order.
The participants will be tried under Part 3 of Article 242 of the Russian Criminal Code — «Illegal production of pornography.» They could face up to 6 years in prison.
This, by the way, is not the first porn studio that law enforcement has managed to uncover. In July 2024, for example, in Volgograd, they busted one of the branches of a capital gang that filmed pornography across Russia. And in 2023, they caught two «entrepreneurs» from Samara and Chelyabinsk who organized an illegal business here.
