According to the results of the Euro NCAP safety crash tests, the hybrid model EXEED RX PHEV received 5 stars. The car scored 90% in the adult occupant protection category, 85% in the child protection category, 81% in the vulnerable road user protection category, and 80% in the safety assist systems category.

Euro NCAP updated its 2023 testing protocols, introducing stricter requirements. In the area of passive safety, protection for passengers in side impacts with a pole has been added, and penalties for frontal safety issues have been doubled. In active safety, more than 100 new test scenarios have been introduced, raising the performance level of the automatic emergency braking system in preventing frontal collisions. Criteria for assessing the consistency of body structures in impacts and injury metrics for dummies have also been tightened. The EXEED RX PHEV achieved 5 stars, confirming an unparalleled level of safety, thanks to an ultra-strong body structure that includes over 85% high-strength steel elements, the strategic use of hot-stamped steel in critical areas, and a roof capable of withstanding a load of up to 10 tons, ensuring the safety of the passenger compartment in collisions.

During the tests, the EXEED RX PHEV scored 90% in the adult occupant protection category, thanks to its frame energy-absorbing capsule structure and three-level load transfer trajectories. In complex crash tests with a deformable barrier, the RX PHEV showed exceptional energy absorption, minimal cabin deformation, and maximum passenger protection, including effective whiplash injury compensation and secondary collision prevention systems.

In the area of child safety, the EXEED RX PHEV received maximum scores in simulated crash tests for 6- and 10-year-old children because it is equipped with dual ISOFIX anchors, a rare-in-its-class system to prevent accidentally locking a child in the cabin, and a function to deactivate the front passenger airbag when a child seat is installed.
